Your Trusted Construction Company Serving St. Augustine, FL, Jacksonville, FL, and the Surrounding Areas
At First Coast Construction USA, construction isn’t just our job; it’s what we’ve done since childhood. From building decks at age 12 to demoing homes in our teens, hands-on experience laid the foundation for the company we run today. With a background in mechanical work and commercial diving, our skillset spans everything from concrete to steelwork. That real-world experience now fuels our mission: building smarter, more affordable homes that actually serve the people who live in them.
We focus on neighborhoods that have been overlooked for too long. Our goal is to help revitalize communities by turning neglected lots into high-quality, budget-friendly housing. Whether it’s new construction, ADUs, or investor-focused builds, we bring value, not just structures. For government agencies and nonprofits, we offer compliant, accountable, and efficient construction that stays on schedule and on budget.
What sets us apart? We’re lean, responsive, and deeply invested in every project. While bigger firms push volume, we stay close to the work, on-site, in the details, and always within reach. We don’t cut corners or inflate costs. We build homes that reflect pride in craftsmanship, community, and care. No fluff, just solid construction and clear communication.
We offer a full range of residential and community-focused building services designed to support both private clients and public partners:
